Chávez to the FANB: Let's keep raising the flags of dignity and independence!

On July 2, 2004, the Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez Frías, urged the men and women of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) to continue raising the flags of the dignity and independence of the Homeland in the face of attacks by imperialism and its lackeys.

“I ask all the soldiers of the Homeland to continue raising the flags of the dignity of this country of ours, the flags of Bolivar, El Libertador, the flags of authentic patriotism, the flags of freedom and independence,” he said from the Military Academy in Caracas.

He also recognized the soldiers of the Fatherland for carrying out their multiple tasks in defense of our territory and at the service of the People. “The Fatherland rewards its good soldiers, the Fatherland rewards its good children,” he emphasized.
