On September 24, 2009, Commander Hugo Chávez, from Acarigua, Portuguese state, warned young people not to let their guard down, “quite the contrary, let's step up the pace in every aspect of the battle, the strategy”.
In this sense, the leader of the Revolution explained that the task goes beyond our own ranks, “because there may still be confused people, the message of the Revolution must continue to reach some middle sectors, some demotivated sectors, some sectors or people who may be disappointed for some reason.
You have to go for them. And we must add them to the Bolivarian cause, we must add them to the battle for the Fatherland.” Chávez invited young people to fight hard to secure the future, and “so that you can take charge of building the future Homeland, which belongs to you and to the children you will have, or that you already have.”
