Commander Hugo Chávez, during a broadcast of his program Aló Presidente, assured that the best way to prevent a war is to prepare for it.

In that sense, he assured that the North American empire is making plans to invade Venezuela because “they have realized that here they are not going to get soldiers to do the errand.”

In addition, he warned that if the North American empire were to enter Venezuela, it would face the power of the People, turned into weapons in a civic, military and police union.
