The airline Copa Airlines announced the increase in its flights to Anzoátegui by adding a fifth weekly frequency to the Panama-Barcelona route, which will be operational starting on November 16, in order to meet the growing demand for international travel in the east of the country.

According to a press release, the airline continues to strengthen its offer of flights and schedules from Barcelona, capital of the state of Anzoátegui, facilitating access to more connection options and reinforcing its leadership as the international airline with the most flights in the country.

The general manager of Copa Airlines in Venezuela, Roberto Pulido, described it as “a real pride to announce the expansion of our operations in Barcelona, a market that has shown constant growth and a high need for international connection options. With this new frequency, we offer more alternative schedules for our passengers.” Starting from the scheduled date, flights will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays
