Deputy Pedro Infante verified the functioning of the Integral Defense System in Petare

The first vice-president of the National Assembly, Pedro Infante, led the deployment of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the Bolivarian Militia, in the Sucre municipality of Miranda state, in response to threats and provocations from the United States.

“This is the management body of Integral Defense, an instance that was activated in a decree approved on October 1 of this year and that we are reviewing its operation and reviewing the entire territorial defensive system from the Ministry for Defense, through the regional instance through the Regions of Integral Capital Defense and the Integral Defense Zones,” he said.

Infante stressed that police, military and militia authorities and personnel heeded the call for national union and the sovereign defense of Venezuela through these organizational and logistical Special Military Exercises.

The operation includes territorial defense, logistics and communication maneuvers between the different military units, as well as the active participation of organized communities, which reaffirm their support for the Bolivarian Government.
