Diosdado Cabello: The JPSUV is the creation of Commander Hugo Chávez Frías

This Wednesday, September 9th, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the Youth in the Red Awning was created by Commander Hugo Chávez Frías, 18 years ago.

In this regard, Cabello recalled that at the time the Supreme Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution wanted a different youth, “you are the creation of Chávez because 18 years ago he summoned the Bolivar state (...) he wanted a totally different youth from the party than the youth of the Fifth Republic”.

He stressed that 18 years later, wherever Commander Chávez is, “whatever hole he is seeing us, who is seeing us and listening to us, he should be proud of the JPSUV.”

“I wanted a youth that would be able to assume individual and collective formation as a fundamental part of a party such as the United Socialist Party of Venezuela,” he said.

During his Con El Mazo Dando program, on broadcast number 582, he said that “today we can say that we have a consolidated youth of the party”.
