President Rodríguez led a meeting with union and business sectors to advance labor consensus

The President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, led a working meeting this Wednesday with the main spokespersons of the country's trade union, union and business sectors, with the purpose of evaluating strategic issues aimed at consolidating labor stability, social peace and productive development of the Nation.

The activity was attended by authorities of the National Executive and members of the union and business representation, including the Administrative and Digital Government sector vice-president, Anabel Pereira; the sectoral vice-president of Social and Territorial Socialism and Minister for Education, Héctor Rodríguez; the Minister of Popular Power for the Social Work Process, Carlos Alexis Castillo; the Minister for University Education, Ana María Sanjuán; and the Vice President of Finance at PDVSA, Christian Hernández.

For the labor sector, Will Rangel, from the Bolivarian Socialist Central of Workers of Venezuela (CBST); José Torres, representing the Confederation of Venezuelan Workers (CTV); and Leida León, president of the Independent Trade Union Alliance (ASI); while the business representation is attended by Felipe Capozzolo, for Fedecamaras, and Orlando Camacho, for Faith and industry.

During the day, the national president stressed that the country is in a process of economic recovery, pointing out that 91 percent of income is allocated to labor demands and the social protection system of Venezuelans.

In this way, the National Executive reaffirms its commitment to maintaining open communication channels with all sectors of the country, consolidating strategic alliances that strengthen social stability, promote the productive apparatus and introduce a new stage of prosperity and integral development for the entire Venezuelan people.
