Diosdado Cabello: Venezuela has the lowest homicide rate in the world

The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the achievements achieved by public security policies, as evidenced by historical indicators in the reduction of crime.

“Right now we spend the weekend, carnivals, Holy Week and the homicide rate in Venezuela is the lowest in the world. They can say whatever they want, we are subject to whatever review they want from whoever it comes, and that has to do with a lot of conscience,” he stressed.

He also denounced the maneuvers of opposition sectors to destabilize popular areas of the capital. “Here they have tried to introduce bands, for example I know that they want to go to La Cota and La Vega again to upset people there, because they are big mouths,” he warned.

In this regard, he warned that “those who call themselves politicians of the extremist opposition want to go to La Vega, they also want to go to La Cota 905 to make a fuss about people and they are contacting the old gangs, and they are not going to be able to because they are good-mouthed, they stick their balls and their yoyo goes anywhere, and the people who are wise listen and say it,” he said.

It ratified the firm commitment of the National Executive and the police forces to protect citizen tranquility, guaranteeing permanent alert to any destabilizing attempt that threatens the sovereignty and well-being of Venezuelan families.
