FANB began deploying Operation Republic for this 25-M

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) began, this Wednesday, the deployment of Operation Republic for the distribution, protection of the centers and the electoral material that will be used this Sunday, May 25, in the elections.

From Los Próceres, in Caracas, the Minister of Defense, G/J Vladimir Padrino López, indicated that this military mobilization is being carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic.

“We are working to guarantee popular sovereignty. We are here to guarantee that democratic process that will guarantee, to strengthen our participatory, leading, revolutionary, direct democracy, which we are building from the foundations of Popular Power,” emphasized the senior military officer.
