GJ Hernández Lárez commemorates the anniversary of the GNB: Guarantors of Freedom and Social Peace

General in chief Domingo Hernández Lárez, Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB), commemorated this Sunday the 87th anniversary of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).

Through his account on the social network X, he expressed his pride in the military body, praising his officials as “guarantors of freedom and social peace”.

This August 4th, the GNB celebrates 87 years since its founding, one day today in 1937 at the behest of President Eleazar López Contreras, with the initial purpose of maintaining public order and protecting the Venezuelan borders.
