The government of the state of Barinas, working together with the Bolivarian National Guard and the different mayors, has recovered a total of 86 sports fields in the state in the last 16 months.
The balance sheet given by Governor Adán Chávez and released in a press release, highlights that this restoration offensive responded to direct requests made by community spokespersons to rescue facilities in their sectors within the framework of the Mi Cancha Bonita plan.
The regional president explained that in the capital municipality alone, the rehabilitation of 22 community sports fields was achieved, with an investment that reached 263,370,000 bolivars destined to reactivate these spaces for recreation and neighborhood sports. Along with community works, the government of Barinas is progressing with the progressive recovery of the infrastructure of the Sports City with an injection of resources exceeding 50 million bolivars.
