President Delcy Rodríguez: The second Popular National Consultation 2026 closed with extraordinary participation

The President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, through a telephone contact with Venezolana de Televisión, congratulated the Venezuelan organized people for their extraordinary participation in the second National Consultation of Communes and Condominiums 2026, held this Sunday, October 18, on a national scale.
“Well, the consultation day on popular projects, on neighborhood projects, is now closed, with extraordinary participation. I can say that I feel very happy. I thank them and congratulate them,” he said.
He added that “I want to congratulate all the Venezuelan citizens who participated in this consultation because it is the true belief in a democracy that is being strengthened.”
In addition, the national president assured that it is also a democracy that consults itself and respects the decisions of the community organized in the Community Circuits, of the neighbors of the Condominium Councils.
