Head of State commemorated World Water Day

In order to commemorate World Water Day on March 22, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, stressed the importance of working to preserve and guarantee the vital liquid.

Through his account on the social network X, “in these times of climate crisis and profound social inequalities, World Water Day reminds us of the importance of continuing to work to preserve and guarantee, for the life and peace of present and future generations, access to this vital resource,” wrote the National President.

This date was established in December 1992 by the United Nations General Assembly, with the objective of raising awareness of the importance of caring for it, making responsible use of it.
