On Friday, January 5, the 11th anniversary of the planting of José Manuel Díaz Márquez, better known as Joselo, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, paid tribute to this great Venezuelan actor and comedian.

Through his account on the social network X, the head of state emphasized that “we always remember Joselo, his phrases and characters are present in the daily lives of the Venezuelan people (...) we honor his great talent, creativity, conscience, political clarity and social commitment”.

Born on September 27, 1936, in the city of Barbacoas in the state of Aragua, Joselo became one of the most emblematic Venezuelan comedians and loved by the audience, who with an unparalleled charism and social satire won the hearts of the people.
