Head of State commemorates the birth of José Pío Tamayo

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, commemorated through his account on the social network X, the 126 years since the birth of the “Flower Farmer of Feats”, José Pío Tamayo.
The national president pointed out that Tamayo is an inspiration for peoples who struggle to build a great Homeland.
“126 years since his birth, we remember the immortal “Flower Farmer of Feats”, José Pío Tamayo, intellectual, poet, teacher and forerunner of new revolutionary ideas in our country and a great inspiration for peoples who fight to build the Great Homeland that Liberator Simon Bolivar dreamed of,” he wrote.
Pio Tamayo was born on March 4, 1898 in El Tocuyo, Lara state, and is remembered for his revolutionary ideals.
Tamayo only lived 37 years, but in that short time he drew the lines for the people to have a true revolutionary vision.
