Head of State: May Simon and Manuela's love guide us every step we take!

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, commemorated through his Telegram channel, the 203rd anniversary of the first meeting between Manuela Saenz and the Liberator Simon Bolivar.

The head of state assured that at that time “a deep bond of love, patriotism and struggle for our South America was born (...) Manuela was more than her confidant; the rebel who challenged convenience and defended freedom, leaving a legacy that transcends time and that continues to inspire our peoples.”

“Today, with their love shining in the pupils of our boys, girls and young people, who admire their beautiful trajectory, we continue to build the victories of the 21st century for Venezuela and the Great Homeland. May Simon and Manuela's love guide us every step we take!” , wrote the national president.
