Head of State reiterates the anti-imperialist character of the Bolivarian Revolution

With regard to commemorating this Thursday the 20th anniversary of Commander Hugo Chávez's historic anti-imperialist declaration, the head of state, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated that the Bolivarian Revolution remains in force in this thinking.

Through his account on the social network X, he wrote: “The anti-imperialist character of the Bolivarian Revolution remains in force in the thinking and action of the men and women who defend the Homeland. 20 years after that day when Commander Chávez delivered that memorable speech, we continue to raise our voices to say: Venezuela Is Respected!

During his speech, the Commander told former President of the United States, George W. Bush, in the face of his attempted invasion, “There are enough people here! And do you know anything else? There are quite a lot of balls here! To defend this Homeland from any intruder who seeks to come and humiliate the dignity of this sacred land!

To commemorate this date, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) convened a Grand Caravan, which will depart from the states of Trujillo, Táchira, Zulia, Delta Amacuro, Amazona and others, and will be received by President Nicolás Maduro at the Botanical Garden.
