The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, expressed his gratitude for the great mobilization that took place this Tuesday, December 9, in Oslo, Norway, in rejection of the interventionism of the United States in Venezuela and in Latin America.

“From here I want to thank the people of Oslo in Norway, who took to the streets in their thousands today to ask for peace for Venezuela and to support it in its desire for peace and development. To say no to war or to blood for oil,” he said.

At the meeting with the National Council for Productive Economy, in which the business sector, public and private banking, the Executive Office, sector vice-presidents and vice-presidents, presidents of chambers and business associations participated, he said that in the face of the mobilizations in Norway “I saw him on the networks and I was impressed”.

“Thousands of Norwegians with their posters, with slogans and many Latin Americans who live there, carried out through networks that immense self-organized march in support of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in rejection of the calls for military intervention and war in Venezuela and the Caribbean,” he stressed.
