Health authorities together with PAHO deployed a day of supervision in the healthcare network in Miranda

Regional and local health authorities, in technical coordination with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), deployed a day of institutional supervision in the healthcare network of the Independencia municipality, Miranda state, with the purpose of evaluating the operation of the public health system and identifying areas of priority improvement to raise the quality of medical care in the short and medium term.
The inspection covered the facilities of the Popular Office Type III Dr. Leonardo Ruiz Pineda, the Cartanal Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) and the Popular Office of the El Esfuerzo sector, press release from the Ministry of Communication.
The comprehensive evaluation process was attended by the entity's Single Health Authority, representatives of the Valles del Tuy Axis, the Municipal Health Directorate and the Secretariat of Social Development.
During the deployment, the management of the Cartana Comprehensive Community Health Area (ASIC) explained the operational capacities and requirements of each center, while spokespersons from the organized People's Power presented first-hand the most urgent needs of their communities.
This joint action reaffirms the State's commitment to strengthening the National Public Health System (SPNS), consolidating international alliances and popular empowerment in the Valles del Tuy
