Hugo Chávez Foundation presented new digital platform “Chávez Online”

The Hugo Chávez Foundation presented the digital platform “Chávez Online”, a web space accessible to the public through the portal www.hugochavez.ve, which facilitates the preservation, study and dissemination of the thought and action of the Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, and also functions as an exhaustive documentary repository that incorporates a search engine assisted by artificial intelligence and optimizes research work, allowing the precise location of phrases, verbatim quotes and speeches within a large archive.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the system brings together an extensive documentary and multimedia collection that includes complete broadcasts of the program Aló Presidente, interviews and speeches with their respective audiovisual records, a photo gallery, an art gallery with canvases prepared by the Commander himself, as well as a section of original manuscripts and documents of historical value.

This initiative expands the collection that was previously available on the Todo Chávez portal. The project is the result of joint work between the Hugo Chávez Foundation and the Institute for Higher Studies for the Thought of the Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez Frías, led by Professor Adán Chávez.

Among the bibliographic and strategic documents incorporated in this phase, the biographical book My First Life, the programmatic proposal How to Get Out of the Labyrinth (1992), the Patriot column (1996) and the Bolivarian Alternative Agenda (1996) stand out.
