In 2025, REDI Central guaranteed the protection of the nation's strategic services

The Commander of the Strategic Integral Defense Region (REDI) No. 4 Central, M/G Jesús Rafael Villamizar Gómez, presented the detailed balance of the operational results obtained by the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) during 2025, within the framework of actions for peace and the sovereignty of the Homeland.

He stressed that they have experienced a year of historic challenges, in which every obstacle was transformed into an opportunity to overcome, consolidating the response capacity of the FANB together with the organized people in the states of Aragua, Carabobo and Yaracuy.

The combat Rapid Response Units (URRA) participated in operations Roraima, Neblina, Zaraza, Cacique Paramacay, Cacique Maracay, Sifontes, Caribbean Façade, Ayacucho, Guara, Cumanagoto, and Bolivarian Shield, where they demonstrated their tactical capabilities, for the protection of the nation's strategic services.
