INTT announces road closures in greater Caracas due to demarcation works starting September 22

The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) announced that it will deploy a plan for demarcation and road signs in important arteries of Greater Caracas, starting Tuesday, September 22.

In a statement published on its social networks, the INTT explained that the work will involve the closure of road accesses at night, starting at 7:00 at night.

The agency indicated that the road intervention schedule was established as follows: On Tuesday, September 22, the closure from San Martín Avenue to Armed Forces Avenue, including the access intersections included in this section.

On Wednesday the 23rd, Fuerzas Armadas Avenue will be closed to Las Artes Street, including the access intersections on that route.

Also, on Thursday the 24th, it will be closed from Fuerzas Armadas Avenue to Las Artes Street.

The works will be carried out in strict compliance with Article 82 of the Land Transportation Act (LTT), a legal mechanism that regulates the execution of works affecting road traffic.

The INTT urged drivers and carriers who travel through these road arteries to take the appropriate forecasts, plan alternative routes and keep an eye on the instructions of the authorities while carrying out the works.
