INTT enables its headquarters as collection centers to care for those affected by earthquakes

The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) has set up its 75 offices throughout the country to function as centers for receiving supplies and donations, to serve families affected by the earthquakes of last June 24.

The headquarters of the INTT, located in La California Norte in Caracas, has been equipped as the central collection point. In addition, the Center for Comprehensive and Veterinary Care, located in front of Children's Bay in La Guaira, and the 75 regional offices distributed throughout the country are active.

The collection centers will be receiving as a priority the following basic supplies: Non-perishable foods such as canned goods, grains, powdered milk, properly bottled mineral water and infant formulas; as well as clothing and footwear in good condition (for adults and children), sheets, blankets and blankets.

They will also receive essential medical supplies: Pain relievers, antiseptics, gauze, bandages, alcohol, cotton and first aid materials.

In addition to rescue and support tools: flashlights, batteries, leather gloves, ropes and basic hand tools, indicates a press release from the INTT.

The INTT reaffirms its institutional commitment to the welfare of the people and works in a coordinated manner to ensure the protection, classification and efficient transfer of all proceeds to affected areas.

The reception of supplies will be active continuously at the usual times of each headquarters.
