Hello my friend Furrialeño! How are you? Things are AS but SO entangled for Venezuelan extremism led by María “La Chik-Flada” Machado as it is for her masters of the US administration after the disturbing questions left by the mysterious attack on a rock that was pulverized by a missile in the middle of the Caribbean because it supposedly carried drugs and that, for a change, the Little Marco wants to link it to Venezuela.

This story, maliciously and intentionally orchestrated by the State Department, as we have reported before, has left many loose ends and more questions than answers even for many within the American political power, who have been very skeptical about the legality of the attack and the serious consequences it would represent for foreign policy and the functioning of the institutions that intervene in matters of security in the United States.

But oooooo... before continuing and going into details, brother! After last week's video, Coquito opened his heart to me. He told me that he doesn't want to lose me, that he doesn't want to separate from me, so he asked me to join his band “Coquito Five”. Now I don't know, if what he wants is for me to play the maracas, the furruco or the drum. I told you, I've noticed it's been weird lately.

Anyway... let's do our thing.

Goddess! As the days go by, it is increasingly difficult for the US government to explain with convincing evidence the operation in which it murdered ten Venezuelans and evades any scenario that could call into question the versions they have given through the press and their media laboratories. To begin with, the Department of Defense (now called the War Department) abruptly canceled last Friday the classified briefings it planned to give to several key committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Legislators and high-level personnel were left with frizzy facts because they expected to ask officials questions about the legal justification for the attack, and even obtain basic details such as what military unit carried it out, what type of ammunition was used and the type of intelligence material that was used to determine the identity and intentions of those who were on board the rock, since according to the administration, the people who were on board supposedly carried drugs and were supposedly all members of the extinct Aragua Train.

The striking thing about the matter is that these classified briefings, which by law must take place, it is not known for what purpose they will be rescheduled, allowing us to anticipate that there is something very dark that the US Government does not want to be revealed.

In the government version, and the only one that exists, they have tried to argue that the people who were on board the rock that the United States blew up were supposedly legitimate military targets because, according to Rubio, they were members of a gang that the United States has designated as a terrorist organization, well! they even went so far as to claim that they should be treated as Al Qaeda fighters.

But legally things are not like that. In 2001, Congress explicitly determined that the United States was at war with Al Qaeda and therefore proceeded to officially classify its members as combatants whom the United States is allowed to legally assassinate, both under domestic and international law. That hasn't happened with his narrative of the Aragua Train. The designation of the group as a foreign terrorist organization, under U.S. law, gives the president the authority to impose economic and legal sanctions, but does not automatically authorize the use of lethal force.

An important point is that, although the president has the authority under Article II of the Constitution to use military force when it is for the benefit of the nation, that amorphous power still requires the president to demonstrate that his military objectives are legitimate in order to be treated as combatants.

That same Friday, Trump sent a letter to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Acting President of the Senate, formally notifying Congress of the attack. However, he offered few details other than a vague statement of his authority under Article II. In fact, the size of the irresponsibility is so great, that in the document he didn't even mention the Aragua Train as an objective, contradicting his own narrative.

But that's not all. This goes further, even if the action taken against the 10 people in the rock constituted an attack against a group with which the United States was involved in an armed conflict, there are other legal issues and contradictions within the Government's public account of the episode. Little Marco's admission that the ship could have been intercepted rather than destroyed, as has been done in the past, but that the president ordered a lethal attack as a first resort, is a serious complaint by Rubio against Trump.

Brother! any minimally plausible argument in favor of the commander-in-chief's inherent authority to undertake military action would require demonstrating that there was no alternative to lethal force. Now, it's valid to ask, why the explosion if you could intercept it just like Rubio said?

It is clear that Little Marco's move to stain Trump's hands with blood is aimed at sinking Catire, and as I told you last week, Rubio ran to drain the bundle to prevent any failure and judicial investigation from falling on Trump and not on him.

Another thing that tarnishes the scenario even more is that public opinion has been stunned to see, is how they have given contradictory assessments about the course of the ship: Rubio initially said that the alleged drug on board was “probably” heading to Trinidad or another Caribbean country, then they stated that the ship was heading to the United States.

Although the Secretary of War says that the Government knew exactly who was on the ship and what they were doing, plus the United States government said it has recordings of them talking, the Government has not revealed the identity of any of the people who died. Goddess! We must not forget that the armed forces and the CIA have been accused, criticized and singled out in the past for the deaths of “wrong” civilians who believed to be terrorists. The United States has a long history in that regard.

What is true is that international law prohibits the deliberate killing of civilians, even in the context of an armed conflict. For its part, U.S. legislation prohibits the unilateral and premeditated killing of non-military objectives. The truth will come to light, sooner or later, and you can write it in stone, senior officials will have to answer to international justice, for this and many other things.

TALKING ABOUT THE SECRETARY OF WAR Brother

But not only is Little Marco entangled the parrot, but Secretary of War Pete Hegseth also joins that show, who has also begun to contradict himself backwards and forwards with his recent statements. A few days ago, he asserted that it is no longer just a matter of overthrowing Maduro, but that he ceases to be supposedly “narco” and then he says that “Maduro has to make” a decision.

An important point is that Hegseth using his power as a former Fox News presenter is boosting the media narrative to try to lift the supposed “force” of Venezuelan extremism led by María “La Chío-Flada” Machado, so you can see that Chik-Flada now appears more on FoxNews than on her social networks.

Hegseth's recent visit to Puerto Rico is part of the media strategy to support the narrative of Venezuelan fascism that an invasion is “imminent” and that “something is going to happen” in Venezuela.

To give you an idea, journalist Rachel Campos Duffy (the one who interviews La Sayo almost every Sunday or when she's desperate for attention), was the one appointed to continue feeding María Corina's lies. It turns out that Rachel Campos Duffy, with no ethics whatsoever, assumes a political position on her show taking advantage of the fact that she is the wife of a senior official of the American government, definitely everyone at Fox buys, pays and turns around.

Now, Campos Duffy and Hegseth are scheduled to launch an “exclusive interview” aboard one of the warships deployed in the Caribbean to feed the La Sayo hyenas and their laboratories. This is not surprising, let's remember that in the current times, without media coverage and manipulation, war is more difficult.

CECOT SCANDAL EXPLODES ¡Diosdado! I always warned you that the scandal over the kidnapping of 252 Venezuelan brothers from a Nayib Bukele concentration camp would explode sooner or later, the day has come. Today, the details of the secret agreement (and the million-dollar payment) between the United States and El Salvador began to be released publicly.

According to an official document, the Trump administration paid Bukele about $4.76 million to admit up to 300 migrants to his prison and keep them incommunicado and isolated.

The document reveals that this economic transfer was conditioned on El Salvador's commitment not to use the funds to provide reproductive health care or to assist asylum seekers in accessing resources or legal advice.

In addition, the document does not include any clause that obliges El Salvador to prevent torture, indefinite confinement or other abuses within the CECOR, a prison known for its history of human rights violations.

The agreement was signed just before mass deportations from the United States began without respect for due process. On March 22, the State Department finalized the payment of 4.76 million dollars while legal challenges to the validity of these deportations were still ongoing in federal courts here in the United States.
