Jorge Rodríguez: Bolivarian Government has served more than 120,000 families

This Sunday, July 12, the president of the General Staff for the Creation of Transitional Camps, Jorge Rodríguez, reported that the Bolivarian Government has so far provided comprehensive care to 120,794 families; 32,401 patients treated and the installation of 108 transitory camps distributed nationwide, providing the official balance sheet updated after the seismic events.

He also noted that so far a number of registered volunteers of 30,535 has been reported, and Venezuela has the participation of 2,422 international rescuers and 31,837 personnel deployed in the affected areas.

It also reported that the number of registered aftershocks is 1,222, with a number of 17,907 homeless people, 856 affected buildings and 190 collapsed buildings in different states of the country. It also reported the distribution of nine thousand 995 tons of food and 18 million 507 thousand 166 liters of water distributed.

Rodríguez stressed that so far there have been 1,203 aftershocks since June 24. There are 40 temporary camps in Caracas, 28 in La Guaira, 26 in Miranda, for a total of 94 temporary camps, equipped with the capacity to serve up to 24,129 people.
