Jorge Rodríguez: One month after the earthquakes, we honor the memory of the victims

This Friday, July 24, the
president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, said that,
one month after the earthquakes, Venezuela honors the memory of the victims and recognizes the work of the rescuers in the midst of this tragedy that
grips the entire country.
“One month after the earthquakes that
hit the country, we honor the memory of the victims. Our eternal
thanks to national, international and volunteer rescuers for their
valuable dedication and dedication to saving lives,” he said through his Telegram channel.
He also highlighted the response
deployed by the Bolivarian Government to care for affected families,
through the installation of more than 100 temporary camps, where 128,324 families
currently receive comprehensive care.
In addition, he stressed that emergency
operations made it possible to rescue 6,462 people alive and
assured that the country will be able to overcome the tragedy through work and solidarity.
“In unity we will overcome this misfortune, Venezuela will be reborn with the work of all,” he said.
