On September 11, 1969, José David Cabello, a soldier, politician and current superintendent of the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT), was born in El Furrial, Monagas state.
His beginnings were at the Venezuelan Military Academy, where he formed his patriotic spirit, graduating from the House of Blue Dreams with a degree in Military Sciences.
The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during his 268th Con El Mazo Dando program, said that José David from a very young age has never given up on any adversity, while recalling the accident that his brother suffered at the age of 19.
“José David Cabello came out of there because he never gave up, not for a moment and today when the Fatherland calls him, he says he is there to defend it, and not that he is our brother but because of his courage as a young man,” exalted the first vice-president of the PSUV.
Committed to the legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez, he has fought for the well-being of the people.
“We are drivers of the revolutionary process, we demonstrate loyalty and discipline in order to continue consolidating the foundations of Venezuelan socialism (...) we characterize our actions with the synonyms of efficiency, quality and commitment. It is a constitutional mandate and a legacy of the Eternal Commander,” said José David Cabello in August 2015.
In the midst of unilateral coercive measures, this patriot has fulfilled his commitment at the head of SENIAT, reaching record revenue figures thanks to the discipline and administrative rigor that mark the management of this patriot.
“We continue to advance at the service of the People with the unity of all revolutionary forces to continue achieving all our objectives, because victory is won with effort, work and commitment,” he said, confirming his loyalty and commitment to the Fatherland.
He has also assumed other positions of great importance within the Bolivarian Revolution: General Manager of Maiquetía Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía (2004); Head of the national aviation company Conviasa (2006); Minister of Popular Power for Industries (2017).
55 years after his birth, the Venezuelan people congratulate this son of Bolívar and Chávez who will continue with firmness, discipline and loyalty to raise the flags of the Socialist Homeland and of anti-imperialism.
