The Sectorial Vice President for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, specified that the Bolivarian Government has so far set up more than 90 Transitional Camps throughout the country.
“Mainly in Caracas, in Miranda, here in La Guaira and in the states of Yaracuy and Carabobo, which also had some people affected by the two earthquakes,” the Transitional Camp installed in the center of the Simon Bolivar University (USB), located in the state of La Guaira, said during his visit for inspection.
The Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, also reaffirmed that the greatest damage from the earthquakes was in La Guaira. “Here in this place in 99, the flood passed and the University was built up again. Today, these spaces, which were built in 2007, open their doors to welcome those who have suffered the earthquake.”
