Minister Cabello oversees the start of the demolition process of buildings declared at risk in La Guaira (+Photos)

This Thursday, July 30, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, went to the state of La Guaira to oversee the beginning of the demolition process of a building declared at risk by the inspectors.

This first controlled demolition is carried out after the end of the first phase, which consisted of the rescue and recovery of people, as well as equipment by the owners under the supervision of qualified emergency personnel such as Firefighters, Civil Protection, police officers and members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

In addition to this process, the authorities, together with family members and neighbors, are continuing to carry out efforts to recover victims in the buildings that collapsed during the double earthquake of 24 June.
