Minister Cabello: We are very grateful! More than 30 countries have come to Venezuela to lend their support

This Wednesday, July 1st, the Sectorial Vice President for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, confirmed the gratitude of the Bolivarian Government for all the logistical and human support received, on the occasion of the recent earthquakes that occurred in the country.

“For us everything is welcome, because the people after this tragedy need a lot of support and support. The Government is making a great effort because no government in the world is prepared for this, none,” he said in statements at the Ali Primera Park.

He said that “when we receive the support in solidarity, we thank you with all our heart, especially for the children”.

He said that “we are very grateful, more than 30 countries have come to Venezuela to lend their support, an impressive number of popular and social organizations from around the world willing to help.”

He also reported that there are survivors of the group of migrants repatriated from the United States, staying in the collapsed hotel located in La Guaira.

“I don't have the part by heart, but there are some survivors that we have already taken out and others who unfortunately died,” he said.

In that sense, he said that unfortunately the hotel where they were staying also collapsed (...) that building was completely destroyed, because it was an old hotel”.
