Minister Daniella Cabello toured the La Guaira coastal axis

The Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Daniella Cabello, together with teams from the Tourism Corporation of La Guaira, held meetings with communities and tourism service providers in Macuto, Osma, Todasana, Urama, El Guayabal and Chuspa.

During the conference, the main needs of workers in the sector were raised, who pointed out the impact of earthquakes on tourist activity during the month of July, traditionally considered high season on the central coast.

In Chuspa, Minister Cabello highlighted the potential of beaches and other natural attractions in the area and stated that the recovery of tourism is part of the actions contemplated in the Venezuela Renace Plan .

“The Guaireño's message of resilience will reach every corner of the world so that they know, not only their tourism potential, but so that the world sees their will to rise up,” he said, stressing that “Venezuela Renace also means that: rebuilding where the tragedy struck the hardest , while protecting the opportunities, work and hope of those who remain standing.”

Cabello also reaffirmed the willingness of communities and service providers to recover tourist activity and re-project La Guaira as a destination for national and international visitors.
