The Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that “when you care for children you know that this is the way”, referring to the care that the Bolivarian Government provides to families in the Transitional Camp installed in the nucleus of the Simón Bolívar University (USB), located in the state of La Guaira.

He stressed that “they must be guaranteed their peace of mind. Each face is a story accompanied by their parents, their grandparents. They get their account and families have considerably reduced the number of members because of this terrible tragedy that occurred here in Venezuela.”

“We are not going to give up. Today there was a strong response, here he didn't feel much but in Caracas he did and of course the images of that unpleasant afternoon for Venezuelans come again and people get very scared,” he said.

He noted that “it will take a long time for the people to regain the normality they should have.”
