Within the framework of the strategic lines issued by the President (E) of the Republic Delcy Rodríguez, the Minister of Popular Power for Defense, GJ Gustavo González López, together with the Governor of the state of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava, presided over the christening of the Coast Guard Patrol Car AB “Guanaguanare” (PG-54).
