Ministry of Public Works makes progress in removing debris in Atlántida and La Armada avenues in La Guaira

Technical crews from the Ministry of the People's Power of Public Works are progressively making progress in the removal of debris and solid waste on Atlántida and La Armada avenues in the Catia la Mar parish of La Guaira state after the double earthquake of June 24.
For these tasks, they are carried out continuously 24 hours a day, an average of 25 dump trucks are deployed daily and manage to collect more than 600 tons on Atlántida Avenue, according to the Ministry of Public Works press on its Telegram channel.
In addition, 4 dump trucks are used to collect approximately 9 tons of debris on La Armada Avenue.
Simultaneously, debris is being cleared in the spaces of the Maiquetía National and International Airport, using up to 4 trucks a day.
To date, thanks to the efforts of 120 technicians deployed at these strategic points, 5,112 tons of debris have been removed.
