MinSalud inspected the Dr. Luis Salazar Domínguez Hospital in Guarenas

The Minister of Popular Power for Health and president of the Venezuelan Social Security Institute (IVSS), Dr. Carlos Alvarado, carried out a technical and institutional inspection at the Dr. Luis Salazar Domínguez State General Hospital in Guarenas, Miranda state.

The activity responded to the guidelines of the President, Delcy Rodríguez, with the purpose of evaluating the physical infrastructure and verifying the general functioning of the campus's healthcare services.

During the day, the head of the healthcare portfolio held a working meeting with the hospital's management to define the operational areas in need of priority intervention. The authority also exchanged views with medical, nursing and worker personnel, in order to strengthen public care processes and promote the quality of the health service in the Plaza and Zamora subregion.
