More than 6 million students in the country will return to classrooms this September 14 with the start of the 2026-2027 school year, as announced by the Minister of Education, Héctor Rodríguez.

In this regard, through a message published on his Telegram channel, the holder of the education portfolio reiterated the commitment of the National Government to offer quality, inclusive education in decent spaces for all boys and girls.

“We recognize the efforts of every teacher, worker and family that makes this start of the school year possible. May this new cycle be full of achievements, knowledge and transformation for the entire educational community,” he said.
