MUVA and Red de Arte make handmade dolls for children from temporary camps

The Valencia Art Museum (MUVA), together with the Red Art Foundation, maintains its participation in the Route of Hope with days of making handmade dolls for boys and girls who remain in the temporary camps set up in Caracas and La Guaira.
According to information from the Ministry for Culture, the initiative seeks to provide spaces for recreation, accompaniment and emotional well-being to children, through the creation and delivery of handcrafted pieces by cultural teams.
These activities are part of the Route of Hope, a program promoted to offer recreational alternatives and strengthen emotional support to families affected by the emergency.
Since the beginning of the contingency, the MUVA and the Red Art Foundation, together with other cultural institutions, have been deployed in temporary camps, promoting solidarity actions that contribute to the emotional recovery of children and adolescents through art and culture.
