Nahum Fernández: Rehabilitation of buildings in San Pedro parish registers 90% progress

As part of the Venezuela Renace Plan, the head of government of Caracas, Nahum Fernández, mobilized with a team to oversee the work on Apure and Orinoco streets in the San Pedro parish, where 10 buildings are currently being comprehensively intervened, both internally and externally.

He noted that “there has been 90% progress in the execution of the works. It is essential to highlight that four of these buildings, which initially presented critical risk conditions, that is, a red condition, due to faults in their columns and air tank systems, have successfully transitioned to a green condition.”

On her account on the social network Instagram, she stated that these tasks are carried out within the framework of the Venezuela Renace Plan, promoted by the president in charge @ delcyrodriguezv, who instructed to guarantee the total habitability of the buildings so that families affected by the earthquake of the past #24jun can return safely to their homes”.

“In the coming days, these spaces will be fully completed, allowing families from Caracas to return to their homes safely, historically and with absolute joy,” he said.

He also reported that together with a multidisciplinary team and the People's Power, “we deployed to Panteón Avenue to inspect the rehabilitation work being carried out in the “El Doral” Residences and in the “Antares” building.

“The Bolivarian Government teams are joining forces to recover all the buildings affected by the double earthquake that occurred in #24jun. That's why we continue to work uninterruptedly to materialize the hope of Caracas families,” he said.
