National Bicentennial Reading Plan brought literary material to a temporary camp in Caracas

The National Bicentennial Reading Plan held a day of delivery of literary and educational material at the temporary camp located at the César Rengifo School of Performing Arts, in Caracas, as part of the actions to accompany families affected by the recent earthquakes.

The activity included the participation of the journalist, cultural promoter and godmother of the project, Marialcira Matute, together with representatives of the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, who delivered reading packages aimed at children, young people and adults.

The initiative seeks to promote access to reading, strengthen training spaces and provide comprehensive care to the population served in temporary camps, through cultural and educational activities that contribute to the well-being of affected communities.
