National System of Great Missions: Direct attention to the needs of the People (+anniversary)

On August 7, 2013, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, officially launched the National System of Missions and Great Socialist Missions, created to expand and unify the social programs of the Bolivarian Revolution, in a single line.
In order to strengthen the social missions developed by the Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, this system has among its objectives to eradicate poverty and organize the development of existing missions, large missions and micromissions.
In addition, one of the most important tasks has been the installation of Mission Bases throughout the national territory, reaching directly to each of the communities, to meet the needs of the Venezuelan population.
