Homeland conscience is the best weapon the Venezuelan people have to defend our sovereignty and independence, said Defense Minister G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

Through a video released on his Instagram account, the senior military officer drew attention to how social networks are being used to erode the conscience and undermine the morals of those who are not aware of the need to defend the Homeland.

“We are determined to defend Venezuela inch by inch, whatever the aggression, there will be a firm, patriotic, forceful, armed response if necessary. A response that is guaranteed to maintain our sovereignty and national independence,” he emphasized.
