Padrino López: The US military siege will not be able to intimidate Venezuela's defensive capabilities

The threats and military siege of US imperialism will not succeed in intimidating or diminishing Venezuela's defensive capabilities, said Defense Minister G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

“The North American empire knows the history of Venezuela, we don't have to come to give historical speeches or remind the world of where we come from. History itself revives us to have strength, strength, conscience, clear principles of independence and peace,” he highlighted during the commemoration of the 105th anniversary of Bolivarian Military Aviation.

In this sense, he described as “extravagant” the lies and stories that the United States has invented to try to justify an aggression against our country that allows them to steal our resources and impose a “puppet” government married to North American interests.

In the same way, the senior military official highlighted the preparation that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) has had in the face of these threats, while praising the integrity and wisdom of President Nicolás Maduro to lead this situation.

“In 2025, we are willing to respond to any aggression against Venezuela, against its people, against its sovereignty, against its territorial identity,” he stressed.
