This Friday, July 31, the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during her visit to the La Limonera community, carried out an inspection of a communal carpentry shop in the state of Miranda, which was reactivated by the Popular Power within the framework of the Venezuela Renace Plan.

“Vindicating the economic model that we promote for our country, the communal economy; this is a social production company with a communal model that was reactivated through a popular consultation,” said the head of state in charge.

He assured that in this carpentry there is a productive chain, since the wood comes from the Orinoco to Caracas so that they can make the furniture; in turn, he mentioned that “with this furniture we are supplying the grandparents' houses, we are also equipping the camps”.

In his account on the social network Telegram, he stressed that “when organized people decide, resources are transformed into production and well-being. In the La Limonera Industrial Carpentry, reactivated through the Popular Consultation, wood is converted into doors and furniture for the Grandparents' Houses, the temporary camps and the new homes of the Venezuela Renace Plan”.

“The communal economy shows that our communities have the capacity to build their own future,” he emphasized.
