The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, this Wednesday, July 1, visited the rescuers of the Federal Republic of Germany, who are providing their support to deal with the emergency caused by the recent earthquakes that occurred in the country.

During an oversight at the Jorge Luis García Carneiro Baseball Stadium, the president in charge spoke with the German contingent, made up of approximately 80 people who carry out search and rescue tasks in the affected areas, she reported in her account on the social network Telegram Presidential Press.

This technical team has experts from the Federal Technical Relief Agency, specialized in the intervention of collapsed structures and the removal of debris.

To optimize the location of civilians trapped under the wreckage of buildings, specialists operate at critical points, such as the Malibu Suite building, using canine brigades properly trained for these accident scenarios.
