President (E) Rodríguez analyzed plans for the recovery of the National Electricity System with governors

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, held a video conference with the country's governors to coordinate actions on the National Electricity System and reiterate the intention of the national government to generate 4,800 megawatts through thermoelectric plants intended to serve the populations of the center west of the country.
The President e) highlighted the State's immediate response capacity, through CORPOELEC, which, from the first minute the tragedy occurred, were activated in a coordinated manner to recover the SEN and that today they have raised 300 megawatts and the remaining 300 lost on June 24 will be generated using thermoelectric energy.
“The fluctuations we have experienced in recent days are directly related to the significant loss of those 600 megawatts, and today I am pleased to say that we have already recovered 50%, and in the coming weeks we will be in a phase of full recovery,” he said.
