President (E) Rodríguez to the GHP and DGCIM: They are the guardians of political stability, peace and tranquility of the Homeland

The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Delcy Rodrígue z, recognized the members of the Presidential Honor Guard (GDH) and the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM), whom she defined as “guardians of political stability, peace and tranquility of the Homeland”.

Rodríguez assured that the new ranks reaffirm the institution's loyalty to the protection and well-being of all Venezuelans.

“Your promotion today is not an office promotion, it is not a promotion in an ironed dress uniform. It is an ascent of being on the ground accompanying the people of Venezuela in these painful moments of families who have lost loved ones,” he said.
