President (E) Rodríguez visits girls and boys at Pérez Carreño Hospital: Their smiles are the driving force behind rebirth

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, visited this Sunday, July 19, the boys and girls who are staying at the Miguel Pérez Carreño Caracas General Hospital, receiving care after the double earthquake of June 24.

The Head of State in charge made the visit in connection with Children's Day and after touring the facilities, she stressed that the infants “remind us that hope always finds the way to overcome adversity”.

Rodríguez stressed that, with the effort and dedication of national and international rescuers, the children who were affected “today have a new opportunity to continue dreaming. Their smiles are the driving force behind the rebirth of Venezuela and inspire us to continue working for a future full of hope,” he said.
