President (E): We express our gratitude to President Xi Jinping for this frank gesture of humanity

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, thanked the Government of China for its solidarity with Venezuela.

Through his Telegram channel, Rodríguez specified that “President Xi Jinping has made a contribution of 17 million dollars to support recovery efforts after the earthquake.”

In that regard, he explained that there are “2 million dollars that will be allocated to the Housing Construction Plan and an additional 15 million dollars in essential supplies, equipment and materials.”
