President in charge Delcy Rodríguez kicks off the Carnivals for Peace 2026

On the night of this Friday, February 13, in the state of La Guaira, the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, kicked off the Carnivals for Peace 2026.
From Beach A, located on Paseo de Macuto, the President in Charge stated that under the motto of a safe and vibrant celebration, a program will be held in La Guaira that integrates cultural and sports activities and the traditional deployment on its shores.
The president in charge took a tour of the boulevard area together with the entourage that accompanied her composed of the governor of the entity, Alejandro Terán, the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Daniella Cabello and mayors of the jurisdiction.
“We are starting one of our most important traditions where there is a mixture of what we are as a people; an indigenous mixture, European and African blood,” he said.
