This Friday, July 17, the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that Venezuela initially accessed 346 million dollars of its own resources in the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which will be used for the recovery and reconstruction process due to the damage caused by the double earthquake that occurred in the country.

In her account on the social network Telegram, the president in charge highlighted: “After the devastating double earthquake that affected our country, Venezuela initially accessed $346 million of its own resources in the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which will be used for the recovery and reconstruction process after the tragedy.”

“This will allow affected families to be supported in housing, infrastructure, essential public services, among other requirements,” he emphasized.
